Creating a Transportation Management Program that fulfills requirements, meets the unique needs of your building, and supports tenants can be a challenge! There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to a successful program, but there are proven strategies and benefits to support your tenants in making sustainable transportation choices.
Twice a year, Commute Seattle and our partners at the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) bring together a panel of Building Transportation Coordinators and Property Managers to share their experience implementing Transportation Management Programs and inspire their peers.
Join us on Wednesday, January 22 from 10 – 11am, for our first event of 2025. Hear from a panel of fellow property managers each with a unique set of transportation-related challenges, strategies, and lessons to share. Our panelists represent various types of properties in Seattle, from multi-use, large-scale medical, office spaces, and residential. Each will give a brief presentation on their buildings, followed by moderated discussion and a Q&A from the audience.
- James Cooper, Parking & Commuter Services Manager, Harborview Medical Center
- Simone McCready, Assistant Facilities Manager, Blume Company Real Estate
- Elizabeth Baer, Transportation Specialist, Commute Seattle
- Ellie Smith, Senior Transportation Planner, Seattle Department of Transportation (Moderator)
Coffee and light refreshments will be provided, so please come early and stay after to enjoy peer-to-peer connections and conversations to carry with you into the new year.
All property management professionals are welcome – bring a coworker and share this learning opportunity with your teams and your networks. The more, the merrier!
